What do you need from me to get started?
Floor plans or a room schedule and the property type(s) are enough to begin. The more detail you can share about the project, the more tailored the design.
How long does a design take?
Most designs are turned around within a couple of working days. Larger or phased schemes may take a little longer, and we will agree timescales with you up front.
Can you support a phased or multi-site programme?
Yes. We regularly support repeatable specifications across multiple house types and phased social housing and new build programmes.
